Birds and Branches Online Zoom Class

Last night I held an Online Zoom Class and this is what we made.  We used the Birds and Branches Bundle from the Annual Catalogue. Let me know if you would like to join in the next class on July 30th using The Forever Fern Suite.
Firstly a Z fold card In Smoky Slate and Petal Pink with some of the Peony Garden DSP.

We then made a bird house box with the retired Baker’s Box Die. This one is in Highland Heather. The ladies all had different colours from the Subtles family..

We then made a matching card.

Here is the YouTube video that I made with some instructions for those who could not access Zoom.
If you like the video then please click subscribe on YouTube to be notified about future videos.

The last card would be suitable as a wedding or anniversary card.

Simple cards with Forever Fern

Recently I have been focussing on the Forever Fern Stamp Set from the Annual catalogue.
You can watch a YouTube Video that I made HERE - https://youtu.be/BC9F0wCEhaY
The first card is one of two that I made using the Split Card technique. The colours are Bermuda Bay, Old Olive and Gorgeous Grape.

Here is the second half of the Split Card, Portrait.

The third card is a Simple Stamping Card using Pretty Peacock, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive.

I applied some green inks with an Aquapainter to Watercolour Cardstock before stamping and die cutting for the next card.

I used three different coloured rectangles for the last card held together with a post it note to stamp  on them and then they were separated to apply them to the background. Mint Macaron is the base card background colour.

Snow Front Stamp Set and Sponging Technique

I have made a YouTube Video of this technique. Click on the link to view -  YouTube Video of Sponging Technique for winter snow scene
My thanks goes to Lyssa at Song of My Heart Stampers for the original video. She cased the idea from page 16 of the new Annual Catalogue which uses the Mountain Air Stamp Set.
My first card was stamped in Pretty Peacock on Pool Party Cardstock.

The second card is stamped in BlackBerry Bliss on to Purple Posy Card Stock. This was adhered to Highland Heather and then to a BlackBerry Bliss card base.

The third card uses Mossy Meadow Ink on Soft Sea Foam Card Stock.

Jar of Flowers

The Jar of Flowers Bundle was my first choice from the new Annual Catalogue. I have paired it up with some of the retired Best Dressed DSP and BlackBerry Bliss Card stock in the first photo.
I have done a YouTube video about how to emphasise the water in the jars here -

The next card is paired with. Sentiment from the Comfort and Hope Stamp Set. I love sunflowers. The three dots are also from the Comfort and Hope Stamp Set.

The flowers in the third card are coloured with Magenta Madness which is one of the new In Colours. The sentiment is from the Lovely You Stamp Set.

The last card is in subtle shades of colour. I used Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to make the water in the jar sparkle.
