These are the four cards that we made at my Painted Blooms Class last Wednesday evening.
We also covered a box with the gorgeous Painted Blooms DSP. I have to admit that two of the designs were cased from Pinterest so the credit goes to the people who designed them.
For this card I inked up the embossing folder before I ran it through the Big Shot. I inked up the dots stamp from the set in various colours from the Brights family. The butterflies were die cut with the Stampin Up Embosslits folder which cuts and embosses at the same time.
This card uses more subtle colours Coastal Cabana and Pear Pizzazz. The sentiment is from the Sassy Salutations set. The accent butterflies were stamped using the Papillon Potpourri Stamp set and the matching Punch.
This colour Combo is Pear Pizzazz with Calypso Coral. I used the Scallop Tag Topper Punch for the larger card with a piece of Calypso Coral Card Stock behind it cut out with the Apothecary Accents Framelits.

Last week I ran a class at my house in which we used the new Chalk Ink Pads from Stampin Up.
The first card was cased from Inking Idaho and Michelle Last. The base of the card was cut out of Basic Black Card Stock and strips of Baked Brown Sugar which had been stamped with the Hardwood Stamp were layered on top. The Sentiment is from the Saleabration Big Day Stamp Set.
The Bow Builder Punch and the Heart Itty Bitty Punch were used for the decorative elements.
I embossed the Crumb Cake Base in the second two cards with the Large Dots Embossing Folder.
We sponged Rose Ink from one of the Chalk Pads on the card on the left and So Saffron and Crushed Curry on the card on the right. We used the Saleabration Irresistably Yours Paper which is actually the thickness of Cardstock. The flower and leaves are from the Bouquet Bigz L Die from the Spring/ Summer Catalogue. The sentiments are from the Simply Wonderful Saleabration Set and the Petite Pairs Stamp Set.
I used the very poular Saleabration Lotus Blossom Stamp Set for the last two cards.
The two sentiments come from the same stamp set.
The colours used are Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive , Blushing Bride and Calypso Coral. The card base on the right was embossed with the Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder.

A friend in Greece asked me to make 80 cards for her. I decided that the easiest way to tackle this was to make them in groups of ten cards for each design.
I really enjoyed using the Love is Kindness Stamp with our Blendabilities pens.
I used the retired brights Paper Stack to mount the stamped images on.
The Blendabilities colours here are Melon Mambo and Pink Pirouette.
Next up is the Painted Blooms Stamp Set. The colours above are Marina Mist and Pumpkin Pie.
A yellow Papillon Potpourri Butterfly was added to one of the cards.
Daffodil Delight and Elegant Eggplant feature here with a butterfly added for an accent on each card.
