Basket of Blooms

 

I have really enjoyed playing with the Basket of Blooms Stamp Set recently. It has two flowers which match the Small Blooms Punch. The first colour combination is Poppy Parade with Basic Black. I used The Ornate Layers and Border Dies.

The stamp set goes well with bright colours so Magenta Madness and Just Jade were the colours of choice for the second card. The sentiment is from The Queen Anne’s Lace stamp set.

The dsp in the last card is from The Boho Indigo Medley. This went well with the light Night of Navy Blends Pen.

Sunburst Cards with Saleabration So Ombré DSP.

I recently watched two YouTube Videos by Angie Oldenburg and Jane Dooley and I was inspired to do a Sunburst Card with my ladies at an Online Zoom Class. I adapted the design to cut the pieces at 1 1/2 inches instead of 1 inch. You can watch my YouTube Video HERE - https://youtu.be/bhWJSWQgEAA. I used stamps from The Dragonfly Garden and Dandelion Wishes  Stamp Sets.

In the second card I used a sentiment from The Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp Set and dies from The Painted Poppies and Stitched Be Mine sets.

 The sentiment on the last card is from Waterfront.

One Sheet Wonder with Fine Art Floral

I really enjoyed doing a One Sheet Wonder with The Fine Art Floral Stamp Set. I love the sentiments in this stamp set and the Dies to cut them out.

Colours used included Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, So Saffron and Sahara Sand.

I used different colours for the card bases. These cards were quick and easy to make.

Such a good variety of sentiments in this Stamp Set.

 

Dragonfly Garden

Dragonfly Garden goes very well with Very Versailles. Gail Ellis at Paper Rose Treasures has done some beautiful cards with this stamp set so I cased two of them. The first one uses Misty Moonlight and Crushed Curry inks. It is a very quick and simple card to make.

The second card is a mirror image of one of Gail’s cards. It was good to get out my Forever Fern stamp set which goes so well with Dragonfly Garden. The die cut circle is one of the Painted Labels Dies from The Annual Catalogue. The small strip of DSP is from the Dandy Garden 6x6 DSP.

 I like the colour combination of Misty Moonlight and Crushed Curry with this Bundle. 

A Touch of Ink

This stamp set was my first choice from the Saleabration Brochure. It is so beautiful and quick and easy with a Stamparatus. I stamped the images in Archival Black Ink and then coloured them in with an Aquapainter. Colours used are Magenta Madness, Coastal Cabana and Granny Apple Green.

For the second card I used a 1 3/4 inch circle mask and the new Blending Brushes in Coastal Cabana and Magenta Madness Ink on Whisper White Card Stock.

 The last card is Simple Two Step Stamping using Coastal Cabana, Magenta Madness and Soft Sea Foam.
