Stippled Blossom stamp set.
I made this card for a very special Christian lady who lives up the road.
The stippled Blossoms Stamp set is a two step one which looks very effective when completed.
If you were a perfectionist then you would use the Stamp a Majig but I am not so I eyeballed it instead!

Thank you cards.
My dear daughter was 18 on Thursday and was given a lot of lovely birthday presents. She has an assignment to complete for college so I offered to make her thank you cards.
I used one basic sketch for the background and then varied the stamps and sentiments I used.
They were completed in no time so now she can quickly write in them and catch tomorrow's post!
The Aviary stamp Set was used for the two above.
The next three were completed using the Dress Up Framelits.
I used Summer Silhouettes and Stippled Blossoms for the last two.
The Sentiments were from the Petite Pairs Stamp Set.

Lattice Die
I had this Box left over from the Accordion Album Workshop so when I needed a box to put a present in for a friend all I had to do was to decorate it.
Monica let me have a go with the Lattice Die when she came over to do a Training Day for us, in the Wirral, last week. At first I thought that it was a bit small but as I had a go with it I just knew that I would have to order one. So it is winging its way to my house while I type!
I know that it will make a great background for Scrap book pages and I have all sorts of other ideas for it.
The moral of the tale is don't have a go with other people's Dies if you want to save money because the likelihood is that you will end up buying one.
Feel Goods Stamp Set
I enjoyed making this card for my daughter when she returned home from her 2 weeks work experience.
I love the Feel Goods Stamp Set in the Spring/Summer Seasonal Catalogue as it is so useful for Scrap booking as well as Card Making. I got the Floral Fusion Sizzlets in my order this week and i know that I am going to use them a lot! The colours are Soft Subtles.
This is the inside of the card using a retired Stamp set that goes with the Scallop Square Punch.
The inside border was made using the Creative Memories Border System which I absolutely love!

Feel Good Stamp Set with Pop n Cuts and the Dress Up Framelits.
I am running a Scrapbook Day here this Saturday and I will be giving the ladies the opportunity to make a Dress up Pop n Cuts Card. I received the Dress up Framelits and the Feel Good Stamp Set this week so I have put them to good use!
The Colours are Raspberry Ripple and Gumball Green.
I used papers from the Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack in the Spring/Summer Catalogue.
The flower embellishments were made with my new Floral Fusion Sizzlets Die from the main Catalogue for extra embellishment.
You get three gorgeous flowers with one cut. I used the matching Itty Bitty Punch for the centre of the flowers.
The inside of the card before I decorated it.
This is what it looked like afterwards.
I used the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder on the Whisper White Card Stock to add extra texture.
I hope the ladies have fun making these. I still have two spaces so contact me if you would like to join us.
It reminds me of the Bunty Comic that I used to get as a child which had a paper doll to dress up!

Passionettes Training Day in Bromborough.
Today, Monica did a wonderful Training day for fourteen of us in the Wirral.
After the business session we made a Scrapbook page using the Sunshine and Sprinkles paper from the Spring/Summer Seasonal Catalogue.
One project in the afternoon was a Make and Take.
Above is the simple version. We used the Rain or Shine Stamp Set from the Seasonal Catalogue.
This is the stepped up version!
The last project of the day was a techniques class using the Creped Filter paper from the Seasonal Catalogue. This is called the Rainbow Technique and it was great fun to do!

I am really looking forward to our Training Day with Monica Gale tomorrow.
I have made my 15 swaps and I enjoyed the challenge to do them.
I just need to put the recipe of products used on the back.
Here is a close up view.

I used the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and the Scallop Trim Border Punch
Stamp sets included From My Heart and Summer Silhouettes.

Horsey Pop n Cuts Card.
I made this card for my darling daughter who is doing two week's work experience in Natural Horsemanship near Winchester which is way down south.
The stamp is not Stampin up but I love it!
She loves pink so I had to use Melon Mambo teamed with Lucky limeade and Midnight Muse.
I used some retired paper.
The sentiment stamps are both Hero Arts - another favourite company of mine!
I used the Creative Memories Hearts Border Punch along the bottom and top of the inside.
I love this Border Punch. I hope that they re stock it as it is a very well made piece of kit!

Pop n Cuts Die.
My dear husband gave me a Pop n Cuts Base Plate and insert for our Wedding Anniversary which was on Sunday. As it is the Easter holidays I have only just got around to play with it!
I know that I am going to have a lot of fun with this die.
I love the way that the centre pops right out at you when you open it.
You can use the Base Plate with Movers and Shapers Dies. They will be my next investment!
There is lots of opportunity for variations when preparing the inside edge of the insert card.
Above I have used Stampin Up's Scallop Trim Corner Punch.
I just had to die cut a Pin Wheel to go with the Patio Party Paper. I was glad to dig out my Cup Cake Punch and matching stamp set again after it has spent most of the last year in the Cupboard.
Simple decoration on the inside of this card.
If you would like to come and join us I am running a Pop Up Card Workshop at my house on Thursday, April 11th at 7.30pm.
Card Stock - Summer Starfruit, Raspberry Ripple, Midnight Muse.
Designer Paper - Tea for Two and Patio Party.
Punches - Scallop Trim Corner, Boho Blossoms, Dotted Scallop Ribbon border, Cup Cake Builder, Large and Scallop Oval and Elegant Butterfly.
Stamp Sets - Create a Cupcake, From My Heart, Retired Tagtastic.
