I have been having fun recently making this Mini Album. I used the Happy Day Stamp Set for the front cut out using the Deco Label Framelits. The Crisp Cantaloupe Flower was made using the Spiral Flower Die from the new Seasonal catalogue to be launched on January 28th.
I used the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder which you can get free during Saleabration with an order over £45. The Sweet Sorbet DSP and Banner Blast Stamp Set and Punch are three other Saleabration items.
These are the first two pages of the Album. I have used the Sweet Sorbet DSP which co ordinates with Crisp Cantaloupe, Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana and Pistachio Pudding Card Stock.
Two more pages showing a pocket on the left hand side of the photo. The Stampin Up retired Tab Punch was used to make the tabs. The brown cardstock at the top of the pocket is a tag that pulls out.
This is the last page of the album. I hope that you have enjoyed looking at it!

Sneak Peek of Saleabration Items.
I have begun to play with some of the Saleabration Items that I have received through the post.
First up is a card that I made for my daughter to give to one of her best friends.
I used the Petal Parade Stamp Set with the Sweet Sorbet DSP.
I love these pastel spring colours especially in January. It makes me look forward to the warmer weather.
The base for the second card is Calypso Coral. I used the Deco Labels Framelits for the aperture and cut out a frame to go around it in Pool Party Card Stock.
The Stamp Set I used is another Saleabration one which you can get for free after January 28th with an order over £45. It is called You're Lovely and includes the border stamp which I have used along the bottom of the card.
I used some of the Baker's Twine from the Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack and fastened it to the card with an Antique Brad.
Watercolour and Masking Techniques with Wetlands Stamp set
Today I have enjoyed preparing for next weeks Technique Class.
We are going to be doing watercoloiur and masking techniques using the Wetlands and Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Sets.
I have been wanting to make cards with the Wetlands set for a while as I live on the Wirral. We have lots of visiting migratory birds in the Spring and Autumn months.
I used two watercolour techniques above with an Aquapainter. You can either stamp on the Watercolour paper first and then colour with inks or vice versa. If the latter then you have to make sure that the ink is dry before you stamp the image and sentiment.
I used a Masking Technique for the card below.
The colours are Pear Pizazz, Crumb Cake and Early Expresso.
The Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set was used for the background on the Crumb Cake Card Stock and the card was finished off with a button from a retired pack.
