The Ladies made a card which was personalised with messages of hope and love to the girls being rescued. They then used the Builder Wheel to decorate a Candy Wrapper Box. They used my new Elegant Butterfly Punch and the Madison Avenue and Bloomin Marvelous Sale-a-bration Stamp Sets.
I kept to the Brights colour family and used the Floral District and Sycamore Street SAB Papers.
They took the Box home with a chocolate or sweet inside as a Memento of the afternoon.
For starters we had a selection of Savoury Sandwiches and Bagels.
Below is a close up photo. The Roses made a fitting centre piece.
The second Course was Scones with Cream and Jam. I did not take a photo of these.
Then we had the most deliciously decadent desserts! Above is the Fruits of the Forest Cheesecake in a tea cup!
Below is a photo of some of us enjoying the tea.

Somehow we managed to fit in two groups for the Make and Take. There was also an Ice breaker game, a quiz about Human Trafficking and a raffle for Raphe, who is a chef, to cook the winner a meal in their home.
Amy recently signed up with me as a Demonstrator and I was very glad that she was able to join us.
I may well do some desserts in Tea Cups for the lunch at my next Scrapbook day on Saturday, April 20th!
I have never seen so many tea cups in my life. We drank and ate out of them.
I'm glad I went, it was a lovely day with nice people. Also very tasty treats :-) xxx
