Picture Perfect

I have really enjoyed playing with the Picture Perfect Stamp Set from the Spring/ Summer Occasions Catalogue. The first card was a welcome card for my Upline Monica Gale when she came over from Yorkshire to do a Training Day for us last week.

You could use any colour combination for these awesomely created birds.
The Flower Stamp is one of the ones that you can choose for free with an order of £45 or more during the Saleabration period. It is called "What I love."

This is mainly a Pool Party and Bermuda Bay combination with a speck of Calypso Coral for the throat.

The colour combo here is Mossy Meadow, Always Artichoke and Rose Red.

Balloon Celebration Bundle

There is a fun bundle in the Spring/Summer Occasions Catalogue which includes the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set and the matching Balloon Bouquet Punch.
The first card was designed by Monica Gale and we made it at our Training Day last week.
I love the colour combo of Blushing Bride and Pool Party.

Inspired by our Training Day I made the next card for one of my Downlines, Tracey, who has just promoted to Silver. I turned to Brights this time using Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay and Daffodil Delight. The Wink of Stella finished it off nicely.

This card was inspired by one which I saw on Julie Kettlewell's Blog. This is a good was to use up scraps of Designer Series Paper. The three pieces used here are from the "It's My Party" 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper Stack.

The last two cards are quick and easy Thank you Cards for some of my Customers.
I love it when you can make cards quickly that still have a bit of dimension for interest.
It was the spotty stamp that you stamp on to the balloons that sold the set to me as well as the varied sentiments.

Bloomin Heart Bundle

The Bloomin Heart Bundle was the first Bundle to catch my eye in the new Catalogue.
The first card was cased from the catalogue and some of the ladies made it my Catalogue launch evening last week. They loved it. It is such fun matching the delicate Flower Stamps with the beautifully intricate die cut.

I also bought the Number of Years Bundle which goes perfectly with the heart die cut to make a 25th anniversary Card. You can't cut numbers out of Glimmer Cardstock with a Cricut or Silhouette Machine so these number dies are a great addition to my card making stash.

Lastly another case from the New Catalogue using Blushing Bride Cardstock and some of the new Love Blossoms DSP Stack.

Rose Garden

One of my Downline, Magda, came over today to make card samples with some of the new stamp sets that I have got from the new Catalogue. We both enjoyed using the Rose Garden Bundle as there are so many techniques that you can use with it.
The first card is cased from Patty Bennet at www.pattystamps.com The rose is cut out of Gold Cardstock with the Framelit Die. I then adhered it to Watercolour Paper before colouring it with an Aquapainter and ink. I used Pear Pizzazz for the leaves and Calypso Coral, Blushing Bride and So Saffron for the rose.

For the second card I cut the rose out in Whisper White before colouring it with ink and a sponge Dauber. The colours used were Blackberry Bliss, Perfect Plum, Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz.

In the third card I stamped the rose image in Clear Versamark and then applied Clear Embossing Powder before heat setting it. I colored it in with an Aquapainter and Rose Red, Melon Mambo and Old olive Inks.

The colours used in the third card are Melon Mambo, Rose Red and Old Olive.
