Stampin Up Home Sweet Home Thinlet Dies

I have been having fun using the  Home Sweet Home Thinlet Dies from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue which is to be launced on September 1st.
First up is a Beach Hut inspired by Emily Thomson. I used Timeless Textures to add some interest to the hut

The next house features one of our Hostess Sets from the Annual Catalogue called Love You Lots.
I used the Hardwood Stamp for the background.

These houses are a good way of using up scraps of DSP. This one is from a few years ago.
The house colour is Garden Green. The sentiment is from the Love and Affection Stamp Set.

This time I used some of the Candy Cane DSP from the new Winter Catalogue for the sweets and the gingerbread man.

Last but not least some Christmas Houses.

Touches of Texture

I could not resist the Touches of Texture Stamp Set from the new Annual Catalogue.
It is a fun stamp set to use as it makes you feel as if you are very artistic even if you are not.
The base card colour above is Dapper Denim matched with Delightful Dijon and Crushed Curry.
I love the little Bee in the Stamp Set.

Here is the same flower in a different colourway - Sweet Sugarplum and Perfect Plum with a little Peekaboo Peach and Pumpkin Pie.

There is a small posy of flowers in the Stamp Set. The colours here are Old Olive, Rose Red and Crumb Cake. Linen Thread and Washi Tape add some interest and texture to the card.

This box is a smaller version of one which Sam Donald put on her Blog - www.pootles.co.uk.
I have added a small pearl to a flower on each side and a bow made with the Bow Builder Punch on the lid of the box.

Stampin Up Snow Place

One the Demonstrators in my team very kindly lent me the Snow Friends Bundle yesterday so with the help of some inspiration from You Tube I completed some cards.
first up is a shaker Card with Lovely as a Tree as a back drop.

This one was cased from Tami White. I love the fun fold on it.

I had to make a Birthday Card for an 8 year old so the Penguin in the Stamp Set was ideal paired with Balloon Celebration. It was good to get that Stamp Set out again. The number 8 is from the Skinny Mini Alphabet Stamp Set which has sadly retired.
