Note Books

I love covering Note books for Craft Fairs. Here are a few that I did last month.
The first uses two Waterolour Wings Butterflies. The sentiment is from the retired  Feel Goods Stamp Set.

I used the Feel Goods Stamp Set for the sentiment again. The Botanical Blooms Flower Dies were used for the flowers.

The Botanical Blooms Dies were used again for this one with some retired DSP and a retired Stamp Set. called Blessings From Heaven. The colours are Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss and Crushed Curry.

Watercolour Wings Butterflies feature again in the next Note book with a sentiment from Garden in Bloom.

Btanical Blooms Thinlets with Feel Goods Sentiment.

Tin of Cards Kit

Last month I had a Tin of Cards Class using the Kit from the retired Catalogue. I showed the cards to my three ladies and I was impressed to see how they tweaked the originals to come up with their own ideas. The Timeless Textures Stamp Set was used in Crushed Curry for a background in the first card.

In the second card Timeless Textures was used in Calypso Coral.

This card was made using  different elements from two cards to make a card for any occasion.

A variation on the Thank you Card.

Another use of Timeless Textures and a Vintage Brad.

Cutie Pie Thinlets Die

Last month I had a craft table at a fund raising  afternoon tea in Heswall.
One of the items that I prepared were cake boxes with the Cutie Pie Thinlets Die.
Above are the 10 cake boxes arranged together to form a circle.

I think that the first one, above, was my favourite. I love the subtle pastel colours, the Papillon Potpourri butterfly and the yummy Pink Pirouette Satin Ribbon to finish it off.

It had been a while since I had used the Rose Bigz Die which has sadly now retired. I cut it out in Whisper White and sponged the edge with Rose Red Ink. The sentiment stamp comes with a set that matches the Die.

This is the same box in Perfect Plum.

Another subtle colourway showcasing Blushing Bride and Pool Party and the Bow Die which comes in the set.

Early Expresso and Blushing Bride are the colour combos in the last cake slice.

Swirly Bird Stamp Set

One of the Demonstrators in my team very kindly lent me the Swirly Bird Stamp Set last week.
Thanks, April!
I had such fun playing with it that I know that I will have to order the bundle as there is so much that you can do with it.
First up is a kite card using the cloud, sentiment and flowers  stamps from the Sprinkles of Life set.

I made the waves in the second card using two stamps from the Swirly Birds set. I love the bright primary colours in this card.
The sort of card that you need to look at on a rainy day!

We made a square version of the boat card at my Catalogue Launch evening recently.
I made the scallop border on the right hand side by cutting the Real Red Card stock with the large Scalloped Square Framelit Die and then trimming it.

The bird card was cased from a card in the new Catalogue. The sentiment is from the new Thankful Thoughts Stamp Set.

I stamped the swirls for this card base in Versamark Ink before applying White Embossing Powder and setting it with a Heat tool.
This will be a background for a card. I then sponged it with Peekaboo Peach and Flirty Flamingo Inks.
