Thank You Cards.
I had lots of time today to make the above Thank you card for a very special friend. I knew it had to be up to scratch as she is a well known Stampin Up Demonstrator. I really enjoyed using the 2014 - 2016 In Colour Card Stock and one of the matching embellishments.
I used the Hexagon Embossing Folder and the Floral Framelits Dies. The Stamps used were From My Heart and Papillon Potpourri with the matching Butterfly Punch.
A Thank you Card using the Flower Shop Stamps and matching Punch. The tag was stamped and die cut using the Hearts A Flutter Bundle. I embossed the Whisper White Card stock with the Vintage Wallpaper Textured Embossing Folder which is now retired. I used the Scalloped Edgelit with the embossing folder for the border at the bottom of the card. It was finished off with two Large Pearl Basic Jewels.
This is a Thank you Card which I was going to use in a recent class but my children said that it was too simple for my ladies. However when I asked the ladies at the class they said that they would have liked to have made it!
I used Brights Card Stock and some of the papers from the Brights Paper Stack. This time I used the Patchwork Flower from the Flower Shop Stamp Set. I shadow stamped the card base before adding all the card components.

Burleydam Craft Fair
Last Saturday I had a table at the Craft Fair at Burleydam Garden Centre near Chester. I really enjoyed the day meeting new people and catching up with old friends. I demonstrated the new Magnetic Platform from Stampin Up which was very popular. Unfortunately it is no longer available to order until early Autumn. Demand has far outweighed supply. Three people were able to order it on the day before the deadline of at 7.00am the following morning.
I also demonstrated the Jumbo and Standard Wheels, the Flower Shop Stamp Set with matching Pansy Punch and the Papillon Potpourri Stamps and two matching Butterfly Punches.
People liked the Mini Albums especially the Squashy Books and the Circle Albums. I decorated chocolate bars and filled some of our mini bags with candy. The Petite Purses and Milk Cartons on display were also filled with chocolate goodies.

Flower Shop Cards and Box
I returned from a week's holiday to a box of Stampin Up products from the new catalogue.
The first thing that grabbed my attention when I first saw the catalogue was the Flower Shop stamps and the matching punch!
I was not disappointed. I love it. I also love the Sassy Salutations sentiment set of stamps which are 25% off this month. Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay are the colour combination above.
Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive come together in this card using up some retired paper scraps. The leaves were punched out using the Bird Builder Punch. I added some sparkle to all of these cards with the Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details.
I stamped on some more retired Stampin Up paper for the flowers in this card and sponged the edges with Calypso Coral ink. The background stamp is from the Everything Eleanor Stamp Set. I then spritzed it all with gold glitter spray.
The small Favour Box was made out of half a piece of A4 Melon Mambo Card Stock.I punched the top with the Scallop Border Punch. I used the new Polka Builder Wheel and some of the new Brights Paper Stack DSP. It was finished off with a Rhinestone in the centre of the flower.

Bermuda Bay and Strawberry Slush.
I was asked by someone to make a trendy and sparkly 50th birthday card. So this is what I came up with.
This time I used stamps by Stampendous and Inkadinkadoo. The sentiment is from Petite Pairs which is 25% off this month( See Grab Your Greetings stamp set in the side bar of this blog.)
I added lots of bling with Dazzling Details Silver Sparkle and a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels here and there!
I love the colour combination of Bermuda Bay and Strawberry Slush. These were the first two new colour ink pads that I ordered.
I sponged some Bermuda Bay ink on to paler card stock to get the right colour for the letters before I die cut them with Memory Box Alphabet dies. These are just the right size for a card.

Mini Tag Book
This is the Mini Tag Book that some people will be making on Wednesday, July 31st at my Scrap and Chat evening. It measures 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 inches. Contact me for details - fhstafford@talktalk.net if you would like to join us. Some people are doing Scrap booking on the same evening.
This Tag Book shows you my family. The dog is not ours but my daughter and I used to walk him for a friend.
Best of Flowers
This is a Thank you card that I did for one of my customers who ordered the Best of Flowers Stamp Set from me recently.
I stamped the image on First Edition Speciality DSP which has now retired. I coloured it in with marker pens and adhered it behind a piece of Raspberry Ripple Card Stock which I had die cut with one of the Dress It Up Framelits. I used the Lattice Die in Very Vanilla for the background on an Old Olive Card Stock base.
The sentiment was stamped using the Curly Cute Stamp Set.
The second card is one which we did in a Workshop last week. This flower matches the 1 1/4 inch Scallop Circ;le Punch.I embossed the Real Red Card Stock using a Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. I also used the Labels framelits and the Scallop Trim Border Punch.
This last card is similar in style to one I posted HERE. This time I used Rich Razzleberry Card Stock and Summer Smooches DSP. I did shadow stamping with the flower stamp and added three butterflies from a retired stamp set. The sentiment comes from a lovely set in the new catalogue called Happy moments.
